We have a customer friendly return policy -

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will reimburse full amount as well as the shipping charge you bear to return the package.Refund will take 15 to 20 days.
  • If the return is due to a size issue or some other issues (not an error on our part), it is the member’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. On our part we will give you store credit in the form of coupon which will be valid for 60 days.
  • No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for Custom stitched salwar Kameez

To return a product you need to follow these steps:

  • Let us know within 24 hours from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call on +91 9972680807( between 11am and 7pm) or write to us support@e-attire.in with your order number mentioning the product you want to return and your bank details where you want us to refund the amount. Please ensure that bank details submitted to us are free of any errors.
  • Once an email is sent, you will receive a mailing address to which you can ship the product back and the date before which product needs to be dispatched.
  • Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: polyester bags, hang tags on garments.
  • Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send an email to support@e-attire.in with the tracking number. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit.
  • Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect(i.e,should be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged) and approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or Coupon in the appropriate amount whichever is applicable. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you.
  • Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 7 days of us sending the authorizing email.

We would like to notify that the products descriptions that we mention are approximate values. This includes color, embroidery details and dimensions. Even though mostly, they are accurate, there may be cases where the descriptions have slight deviations. In case of deviation in product description, we are not responsible, We would appreciate if our customers understand the same before demanding return or refund for the product.

Regarding Hues & Designing 

While we make best attempts to design and portray products precisely, there are chances that the customer may receive a product with minor variations in color as displayed over site. The color difference can be justified owing to the fabric dyes, weather while dying and differences in the screen resolution of monitors. Hence, a customer must be ready to expect a minor variation in color from what was seen on the computer screen. Below are the instances of the differences that the customer might experience.

  • For bright hues like red, maroon and orange the tendency to reflect a different shade is high.
  • Colors from same family - green, aqua blue shades & off white, white and beige colors may seem overlapping.
  • Stiff fabrics like raw silk, khadi, brocade, tussar silk and south cotton display a similar textured effect where one can observe the direction of weaved threads. Please note that this is a prominent characteristic of these fabrics and is not a defect.
  • Pieces with hand printing and embroidery are certain to have minor differences. Even though the artisans ensure maximum efforts to  avoid the difference, the variation could still exist.

 Patterns Of Beads and Sequences

Please note that all the glittery embellishments like softy, beads, sequins have the tendency to fall off frequently even when handled with maximum care. While transiting the product via courier or during custom checking, the pattern of embellishments might get disturbed. There are also chances for the embellishments to fall off after wearing them once. In both cases, we request the customers not to demand a return or refund.
